Your photo and preview

Your photo stays on your device until you consent to creating a preview. We then store it privately and send a resized copy to OpenAI to generate your chosen effect. AI processing may take place outside the UK. Please upload only images you have permission to use, including permission from people pictured.

Unpurchased uploads and previews are deleted after seven days. If you place an order, we keep the photo, artwork and order details so we can prepare your proof, fulfil your order and handle queries. Contact us to request deletion; we may need to retain transaction records for accounting and legal obligations. We do not publish customer photos for marketing without separate permission.

Payments and contact details

Stripe processes payments and collects your contact and delivery details. We store the details needed to fulfil your order; we do not receive or store your full card number. We use contact information to discuss your proof and order, not to add you to marketing lists.

Service security

Essential session cookies keep your preview linked to your browser and protect checkout. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated requests. We store a keyed hash of your IP address and request information to enforce free-preview limits. These records are used for service security. This site does not add advertising analytics cookies.

We process order details to perform our contract with you, photo generation with your consent, and security records for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. You can withdraw permission for future processing by contacting us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
